A person reads the brief. If there is enough in it, you get questions rather than a meeting request.

If it is a fit, we scope it in writing — what we would build, what we have assumed, what we need from you, and what is not included.

You decide. There is no follow-up sequence and nobody will call you about a whitepaper.

If we are not the right partner for the work, we will say so and tell you what we think you actually need.
