About Felix Web Solutions
We are a white-label web development partner. Agencies bring us in when the work is sold and the capacity is not there, and everything we build ships under their brand.
What we do, and who we do it for
We build websites and web applications for other agencies, under their brand.
Agencies come to us in three situations. They have sold more work than the team can deliver this quarter. A project needs a skill they do not have on staff — WooCommerce, a headless build, a rescue job on something someone else wrote. Or they would rather rent a reliable build team than carry permanent developer headcount through the quiet months.
In all three, the arrangement is the same. You hold the client relationship, the scope conversation and the presentation. We hold the build. Our contract is with your agency and never with your client, nothing we produce carries our name, and we do not approach the people you introduce us to.
We do not sell to end clients, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a gap in what we offer. An agency reselling our work needs to know we are not one search result away from competing with them for it.
We build our own products too
We build and run our own software products alongside the agency work.
This is not a second business line and it is not a transition away from services. It is the reason our handovers look the way they do. When you have to live with your own architectural decisions for years — patching them, extending them, explaining them to someone new — you learn quickly what a codebase is like to inherit. Agencies outsourcing a build are afraid of exactly one thing, which is being handed something the last team dumped and walked away from. Running our own products is the most concrete answer we can give to that, and it is a checkable one.
It also means the client work is not subsidising an exit. We take on agency builds because that is the business, and we intend to still be here when the site we built for your client needs its next version.
